  • Do I need to stay at home?
    No—many clients provide entry instructions. Please make sure we can access the property and pets are secured.

  • Are your cleaners background-checked?
    Yes. All cleaners are ID verified, police-checked and fully insured.
  • Will I get the same cleaner every time?
    For regular bookings we aim to send the same cleaner wherever possible.
  • Can I request eco-friendly products?
    Absolutely. Let us know during booking and we will bring eco-friendly products.

  • Do you bring equipment and products?
    Yes—vacuum, mop, cloths and all standard cleaning supplies. If you prefer your own, let us know.
  • What if I have speciality flooring?
    Tell us at checkout. We’ll bring suitable products or use yours if required.
  • Are you insured for accidental damage?
    Yes, our teams carry public liability insurance for peace of mind.
